Dear Matt,
My name is Ruby Dalton and I am a volunteer Nuke-Con, located in Omaha, NE. Nuke Con has about 400 attendees per year. We have just moved to a fantastic new site and are growing quickly. We are in our 17th year and are looking to grow some more, and we wanted to come to you to and see if you would be interested in donating prize support or items for give-aways to the convention. We are happy to trade ad space in our onsite booklet as well as our pre-convention and our post convention booklet.
Nuke-Con also supports a charity each year. This year we are working with the Open Door Mission, a local shelter, and should you be interested to donate we would of course provide you with a tax deductible receipt for your donation.
